Centre got my ESA back
I was referred to the Centre by another organisation. I had my ESA withdrawn and had to claim jobseekers allowance. This was even though I can hardly walk and have to use a walking frame. I I had zero points given to me. The Centre represented me at the tribunal and I was successful in my appeal. I was awarded full points so I got my ESA back from when they stopped it. I was even put in the support group. Thank you for representing me and helping me so much I would recommend you to anyone who need to be represented.

Thank you so much for your help sorting this all out The court suspended my eviction for 3 months on the basis I pay 50 pounds arrears on top of my Universal Credit payments. Another hearing will be arranged in 3 months to make sure the payments are happening and everything going as discussed.

Absoutely great and thorough
I have recently used the Fylde Coast Advice and Legal Centre after my landlord illegally evicted me.. From the very start, they've been absoutely amazing. Comforting and reassuring, they've updated me and kept me informed of every step along the way! They have gone above and beyond for me, whilst being extremely empathetic and informative of the process and proceedings.
Within a day and a half, I had an injunction out on my landlord, and was able to access my property without being harassed . The Centre even went to court for me when I was unable to make it.
I'd recommend them to absoutely anyone! Speedy, professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
